The Cottages At Breakwater

Debra Pena, a lifetime resident of Oregon, has spent her adult life longing for the kind of neighborhood she experienced as a child. A place where your neighbors are your friends. Where summer afternoons were spent outside, and evenings were spent gathered with friends around a campfire. A place where children can climb trees, ride their bikes, and wander innocently throughout the community.

The Cottages at Breakwater is a reflection of that childhood community, and is built upon three basic principles; Safety, Friendship, and Belonging. 

  This focus, and our conservative approach to growth, has allowed our community, and friendships to flourish.
